Quick start

Create your first dashboard from an Excel or CSV file in about a minute.

Create an account

Sign up at vibefactory.ai/signup with Google or an email address. New accounts start with no credits. To generate a dashboard you need either a $0.99 single report or a subscription. See Plans and credits.

Upload your file

Open your projects page. In the box at the top, click the MS Excel chip. An upload window opens: drag your file in or click to browse.

  • Accepted: .csv, .xlsx, .xls, .xlsb, .json
  • Maximum size: 20 MB
  • Uploading is free. Nothing is sent to an AI model until you click Create.

You can also pick a file from Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive with the chips next to MS Excel. Those chips copy the file once. For a dashboard that follows a spreadsheet as it changes, use Live Google Sheets instead.

Describe the dashboard you want

The text box asks what you would like to build. You can leave it short or give direction:

  • "Sales dashboard by region and month. Highlight the top 10 customers."
  • "P&L overview with a cash flow chart and budget versus actual."
  • "Use the Orders tab only." (for workbooks with several sheets)

If you prefer to start from a layout you have seen, pick one of the templates shown under the box. Your data will be rendered in that layout.

Choose Public or Private

The dropdown next to the chips sets who can open the finished dashboard. Public means anyone with the link. Private adds a password and is available on paid plans. You can change this later in the Summary tab. Details in Sharing and privacy.

Click Create

You are taken to the project page while the dashboard is generated. This usually takes 30 to 60 seconds. When it finishes, the preview loads and the dashboard is already online at its own address, in the form p<id>-u<id>.vibefactory.ai.

What you get

  • KPI cards for the main numeric columns (totals, averages, minimums, maximums)
  • Charts: line charts over date columns, bar and pie charts for categories
  • A sortable, filterable table of the underlying rows
  • Filters built from the real columns in your file

Every element is generated from your actual column names and values, so the dashboard reflects the file you uploaded, not a generic layout.

Your uploaded file is deleted from our storage as soon as the dashboard is live. The dashboard keeps its own copy of the data so it works on its own. Read How we handle your data.
