Replaces the version dated January 1, 2024.
1. Who we are and who you are
The service is operated by VibeFactory.AI, a business registered in Poland, VAT ID PL6811862916 (company details are available in the EU VIES register). In these terms, "we", "us" and "VibeFactory" mean that business.
"You" means the person or organisation using the service. If you use the service on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these terms for it. You must be at least 18 years old.
By creating an account, buying a single dashboard or subscribing, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the service.
2. What the service does
You upload a spreadsheet file (Excel, CSV or JSON) or connect a Google Sheet, optionally describe what you want to see, and we generate a web dashboard with charts, KPI cards and tables from your data. The dashboard is published at its own web address so you can share it as a link. On subscription plans you can change the dashboard by describing the change, protect it with a password, give teammates access and connect a custom domain. Dashboards built from a connected Google Sheet read the sheet each time they are opened; dashboards built from an uploaded file show the data as it was at upload.
The service does not build general web applications, does not provide user accounts or authentication for your own users, and is not a data warehouse. The documentation describes what is included in detail.
3. Your account
- You need an account to generate a dashboard. You can sign up with Google or with an email address.
- Keep your sign-in details to yourself. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you until you tell us the account has been compromised.
- Give us accurate contact and billing details and keep them current. We use your email address for billing, account and service messages; marketing messages are optional and can be switched off in Settings.
- One person or organisation per account. Do not share an account between unrelated people or resell access.
4. Plans, payments and credits
Single dashboard
A single dashboard costs $0.99 and lets you generate one dashboard from an uploaded file or a connected Google Sheet. It stays online for 30 days from generation and is then taken offline. It does not include editing after generation, password protection or team sharing. Export it before the 30 days end if you want to keep a copy.
Subscriptions
- Subscriptions (currently Starter from $10 per month, Pro from $50 per month, and Enterprise) are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, until cancelled. Current prices and what each plan includes are on the pricing page.
- Dashboards created on a subscription stay online while the subscription is active. They are deleted up to 24 hours after the subscription ends, so export anything you want to keep before then.
- Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
- Prices exclude VAT where VAT applies. VAT is added at checkout based on your location and, for businesses in the EU, your VAT number.
Credits
- Subscriptions include a monthly allowance of credits. Credits pay for AI work: generating a dashboard and each edit you request. The amount used depends on the size of the job.
- Credits reset at the start of each billing period and unused credits do not carry over. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
- We may change how many credits a given operation uses; we will not do so in a way that reduces what your current billing period's allowance can do without telling you first.
Payments
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see your full card number.
- If a dashboard fails to generate, contact support and we will re-run it.
- Fees already paid for the current billing period are not refunded when you cancel or delete your account.
- If a payment fails, we may suspend the paid features of your account until it is settled.
5. Your data and your dashboards
Ownership
The files you upload, the sheets you connect and the dashboards generated from them are yours. We claim no ownership of your data or of the dashboards. You give us the permission we need to provide the service: to store and process your files, to send the inputs described in section 7 to our AI providers, to host and serve the dashboards, and to show a dashboard to anyone you share it with.
Your responsibilities
- You confirm that you have the right to upload or connect the data you use and to have it processed as described in these terms and the Privacy Policy.
- We do not review what you upload. If your data contains personal information about other people, you alone are responsible for having the right to use it, for complying with data protection law, for protecting the dashboard with a password where that is appropriate, and for the consequences of sharing the dashboard. We process such data only on your instructions and accept no responsibility for its content.
- Do not upload data you are not allowed to share with the people who will be able to open the dashboard. See section 6.
What happens to uploaded files
- Uploaded files are stored encrypted and are deleted from our storage as soon as the dashboard generated from them is online. Files that are uploaded but never used to generate a dashboard are deleted automatically within a few hours.
- A dashboard built from an uploaded file carries its own copy of the data so that it works on its own. That copy lives with the dashboard, in a private repository and on the published page, until the dashboard is deleted.
- For a connected Google Sheet we do not keep a copy of the rows; the dashboard reads the sheet when it is opened.
Deleting things
You can delete any dashboard from its project page and delete your whole account from Settings. Deleting the account removes your dashboards, files, connected-service credentials and secrets, and cancels any subscription without a refund for the remaining period. Backup copies of files expire within 30 days. We keep anonymised billing records where accounting rules require it.
6. Who can see a dashboard
By default, anyone who has a dashboard's link can open it, and can retrieve the data behind the charts. Dashboard links are not listed or searchable, but they are not secret either. On paid plans you can make a dashboard private so that a password is required before anything, including the data, is served. The single dashboard purchase is public link only.
You decide who receives a link and whether to add a password. We are not responsible for what someone does with a dashboard you chose to leave public. If you give a teammate access to a project, they can see the project and edit the dashboard in the same way you can; only the owner can add or remove people or delete the project.
7. AI-generated output
- Dashboards are generated by AI models from your data and your description. The model receives the column names, a small sample of rows and summary statistics, not the whole file. We use Anthropic and OpenAI models through their commercial APIs; under those terms your data is not used to train models, and we do not train models on it ourselves.
- AI output can be wrong. A chart may use the wrong column, a total may be computed differently from how you would compute it, and a label may be misread. Check the numbers before you rely on them or show them to others. The dashboard is a presentation of your data, not advice, and not a substitute for your own accounting, medical, legal or financial judgement.
- You may use the generated dashboards for any lawful purpose, including commercially. We do not claim rights in the output.
8. Acceptable use
You must not:
- upload or connect data you have no right to use, or data that is unlawful to process or publish;
- use the service to publish content that is illegal, defamatory, infringing or that exposes other people's personal data without a lawful basis;
- upload files designed to harm the service or its users, or try to get a generated dashboard to execute code against other systems;
- probe, scan or test the service for vulnerabilities without our written permission, interfere with its operation, or bypass usage limits, credit accounting or access controls;
- scrape, copy or resell the service, or use it to build a competing product;
- use automated means to create accounts or purchases.
We may remove a dashboard or suspend an account that breaks these rules. Where it is reasonable to do so we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
9. Third-party services
We rely on other companies to run the service. They process your data only as needed to provide it:
- Supabase (database, sign-in, file storage) and Vercel (hosting for the service and for published dashboards)
- Amazon Web Services (encrypted storage that receives uploads)
- GitHub (private repositories that hold each dashboard)
- Google (reading the Google Sheets and Drive files you connect), and Dropbox and Microsoft OneDrive if you import from them
- Anthropic and OpenAI (AI models)
- Stripe (payments) and Resend (email)
When you connect an account at one of these providers, their terms apply to that connection. Our servers are located in the United States. The Privacy Policy explains the safeguards for international transfers.
10. Availability and changes to the service
- We aim to keep the service and published dashboards available at all times, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, provider outages and events outside our control can cause downtime.
- We improve the service continuously and may add, change or remove features. If we remove a feature that a paid plan includes, we will give you reasonable notice and you may cancel without penalty for the remaining period.
- We may set and change reasonable limits, such as file size, number of dashboards on a plan and export frequency. Current limits are in the documentation.
11. Ending the agreement
- You can stop using the service at any time by cancelling your subscription and deleting your account.
- We may suspend or close an account for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, for non-payment, or where the law requires it. We will tell you why unless we are not allowed to.
- When an account is closed, section 5 applies to your data. Sections 5, 7, 12, 13 and 14 continue to apply after the agreement ends.
12. Warranties and liability
The service is provided as described in the documentation. Beyond that, and beyond what the law requires, we make no promises about the service or the dashboards it generates, including that they will be error-free or fit for a particular purpose.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for all claims connected with the service in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit, lost data that you could have exported, or decisions taken on the basis of a dashboard whose numbers you did not check.
This limit does not apply where the law does not allow it to, and nothing in these terms limits the rights that consumer law gives you.
13. Our intellectual property
The service itself, including its design, templates, generation pipeline, documentation and brand, belongs to VibeFactory or its licensors. These terms do not give you any rights in it beyond using it as intended. Feedback you send us may be used to improve the service without obligation to you.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of Poland, and disputes are handled by the Polish courts. We would rather solve a problem directly, so please contact us first.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the service or the law changes. For changes that reduce your rights or add obligations we will give at least 14 days' notice by email to the address on your account. If you do not agree with a change you can cancel before it takes effect; continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the new terms. The effective date at the top tells you which version applies.
