A new account becomes your referral if it comes through your link or code in its first 14 days, or uses your code at checkout in its first 30 days.

Apply
Sign in, add your business details (name, VAT ID or registration number, invoice email) and, if you like, your channel, your audience and the code you would like. We review every application by hand and usually reply within a few business days.

Get your link and code
You get a personal link (vibefactory.ai/r/yourcode) and a matching code. Both work at signup; the code also works at checkout.

Share it, labelled as a partnership
Recommend VibeFactory in your videos, newsletter, posts or client work. Your partner page gives you a ready post with the right label.

Get paid every month
Commission is held for 30 days, then paid in the monthly run. You get a statement, send us an invoice, and we pay within 14 days.
What a referral can earn you
Commission follows the credits a referral actually uses, so it grows with real usage. The table shows one month for a referral who uses all the credits in their plan. Per referral, commission never exceeds 25% of what that customer has paid.

Example: 20 referrals on Pro who use their credits earn you about $250 every month, and keep earning while they stay. Larger plans earn proportionally more.

The rules, in short
- Label every post, video or newsletter with your link or code as a paid partnership or ad, in your audience's language.
- Describe VibeFactory as it is: no promised features, results or discounts we do not offer.
- No bidding on the VibeFactory name in paid search, no coupon or deal sites, no paid or incentivised signups, no spam.
- A first minor slip, like a missing label, gets a written warning and 7 days to fix it.
Your referrals stay private
Your partner page shows counts and amounts only: clicks, signups, paying referrals, credits used and commission by month. We never tell partners who their referrals are, and a person can be the referral of one partner only.
Questions
Do I need a paid VibeFactory plan to join?
No. You need a VibeFactory account to apply, which is free. A paid plan is not required.
I am a creator without a company. Can I join?
Not the Partner Program: payouts are made against an invoice, so we need a business with a VAT ID or registration number. We also work with creators on sponsored videos and mentions; contact us and we will talk about formats.
What happens if a referral cancels or gets a refund?
Commission stops when they stop using credits on a paid plan. A refund or chargeback reverses the commission earned on that payment; if it was already paid out, the amount is taken from your next payout.
Can you change the rate?
Only with 30 days’ notice by email, and never for commission you have already earned. If you do not accept a change, you can leave before it takes effect and we pay what you earned.
What can I see about my referrals?
Clicks, signups, paying referrals, credits used and commission, with a month-by-month chart. We never tell partners who their referrals are.
I am outside Poland. What about tax?
VibeFactory is a Polish business. Before your first payout, send a certificate of tax residence from your tax authority (a scan is fine, valid 12 months) so the double-tax treaty rate applies. Without it we hold the payout until it arrives, or pay it net of the Polish withholding tax. Your invoice carries no Polish VAT unless you are VAT-registered in Poland.
Is the program final?
It runs as a beta. The dashboard and statements may still have rough edges and we may adjust how it works with notice. Commission you have earned is always paid.
